When I got into real estate as a brand-new solo agent, I had nothing. No real estate experience. No safety net of savings or a spouse or another career to financially support me. I needed to make this work.

But, if cold calling, door knocking, or selling my soul was required, then I would have never even gotten started.

I wanted to build an authentic business that truly helped people achieve their real estate goals.

I just missed the golden age, Covid-era time where everyone got their license and sold homes instantly, because there was more demand than ever in history. It was July 2022, and interest rates started climbing at the fastest in history. Transactions slowed down to some of the lowest numbers in history. There were class action lawsuits and agents were fleeing the industry. People told me it was a ‘bad time’ to become a real estate agent.

Fast forward three years later, and I closed over $38 million in sales and generated over $1M in GCI.

In 2024, I founded The Elevate Team, where I serve as the CEO and have proven that intentional growth is possible with the right strategy and support.

I’ve become a Top 250 agent in Charleston (out of over 7,500). I was recognized as an Apple News Top 10 Female Real Estate Agent in South Carolina, and am an ICON Award recipient at eXp Realty.

None of this would have been possible without a mix of passion, the right mindset, and thoughtful strategy.

I also run two YouTube channels: Life In Charleston, where I’ve built a loyal audience of buyers and sellers by breaking down the market in a clear, honest, and genuine way, and Agents Elevated, where I help other real estate agents build businesses that are profitable, sustainable, and aligned with who they are.

When I entered the commercial real estate industry over two decades ago, I had no idea the journey would take me from the bustling corridors of Northern Virginia to the sun-soaked shores of Charleston, South Carolina. But here's what I did know: I wanted to build something real. Something that mattered.

I spent years grinding it out. I was “all in” on leasing spaces, closing deals, shaking hands with Fortune 500 executives and small business owners alike. I’ve worked on almost 2 million square feet. The transactions executed combine to roughly $350 million in combined value. Those numbers may look impressive on paper, but what they don't show you are the late nights, the deals that fell through, and some of the relationships that took years to build.

I led the charge on an 85-acre Class A office development in Northern Virginia. This project nearly went south for unpredictable reasons. I helped the City of Fredericksburg secure the lease and financing for the Fredericksburg Nationals stadium, bringing minor league baseball back to a community that desperately wanted it. These weren't just transactions. They were transformations.

I worked alongside some of the world's largest defense and technology companies. I served on the Board of Directors for a leading commercial real estate association. I volunteered wherever I could because I learned early on that success means nothing if you're not lifting others up with you.

Then life threw me a curveball, or maybe it was a gift. My family and I relocated full-time to Charleston in 2024, and I joined eXp Commercial. Starting over in a new market? That'll humble you quickly. But I've learned that the principles of authenticity, determination and genuine service translate anywhere.

Now I'm building again. This time with my sister. And not only in Charleston, but across the nation. While I continue to work on deals that matter to owners, and the community, we are also able to bring on outside agents from anywhere in the country to join eXp (Realty or Commercial). Bringing new agents reminds me why I fell in love with this business, as I get to witness firsthand the impact our industry has on their lives, their families and the community.
